Food Safety Report - Hotel, Cancún Quintana Roo

I am staying at the Hotel Riu Palace Peninsula from September 3 to 10, 2025.
On day 4 I began with diarrhea every few minutes, intense abdominal pain, vomiting, chills and general weakness.
I requested medical assistance from the hotel: they charged me USD 605 for consultation and USD 80 for an injection, with no improvement. Then I had to call the Walk In Caribbean clinic, which attended me in the room, with an additional cost of 5,100 Mexican pesos.
Until day 6 I continue with the symptoms without being able to enjoy my stay.
