My husband & I were vacationing in March 2019 at Riu Republica for 7 days, We ate at the Italian restaurant twice each time to him immediately having to go to bed feeling like he was going to die. And on our wedding day our whole party became ill with stomach issues after having drinks from the same bar. All in bed with lots of issues from vomiting, nausea, pounding headaches, diaherra . Not enjoyable. Thank goodness we did bring some over the counter meds with us to relieve some of these problems. all 6 of us got sick | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache
