Crab Eggs Benedict Illness - Hotel ZaZa Museum District, Houston Texas

I had a late breakfast which consisted of crab eggs benedict, salad, asparagus, potatoes, biscuits, and oj. Hours later I started feeling sick with chills. Shortly afterwards, I had diarrhea, and all through the night into the next day, a headache, fever of 102.5, body aches (flu-like), severe stomach cramps, and weakness. Have been on bed rest since then. I contacted the hotel and they questioned my complaint.
