Additional information: Had the beef and broccoli around 2:30 pm and no other meals before or after and around 4am started having diarrhea and then nausea kicked in around 5am and then started throwing up around 6am and still have the diarrhea and nausea. Was feeling completely normal beforehand and haven’t been around anyone sick. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
