I ordered the hungry carnivore penne pasta meal to be delivered to my house. My father ordered the chicken and mushroom fettuccine. We do this often and with the same location. Last night after getting halfway through my meal, I felt full and put the rest of the leftovers away. About four hours later I began feeling nauseous with stomach aches and fever and diarrhea which carried over into today. Not sure what was different this time, but I feel like death. That pasta was the only thing I had to eat yesterday, so it is the only likely cause of my illness.My old man is fine by the way. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever
