Ceviche Illness at Resort - Hotel, Puerto Vallarta Jalisco

The worst food poisoning I've ever had. Had to get the on call doctor to give us fluids and 4 different medications. We only drank bottled water unless it was poured from a pitcher after they confirmed the water came from a bottle. We ate ceviche and at the restaurant blaze. We haven't left the resort and it was confirmed that it was food poisoning by Doctor. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Chills, Headache
