On Saturday May 4 2024 my fiancé and I had onion straws at Hyde Park in Beachwood Ohio. We have both been very sick for three days and counting. We are sure it is the onions because of the smell of the vomit and diarrhea. Plus it is the only thing we both ate. Symptoms include stomach cramps, severe diarrhea, vomiting. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps
