Arrived Wednesday late February 25, 2026, ate at the buffet before bed. Got sick in the middle of the night and was throwing up and diarrhea all day Thursday. I drank plenty of filtered water and Electrolytes but didn't eat anything. I was a bit better the next day so we went over to Isla Mujeres for the afternoon and ate over there. That evening we came back and didn't eat anything. The next morning we ate at the buffet, by mid afternoon noon my wife and I were both sick and same symptoms. There is no doubt in my mind there the food standards here are lacking. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps
