2026/03/17 Ate shellfish at 2/3 of each meal in the past 72 hours alongside one-two cocktails per day, coffee, and vero filtered water provided by resort. Over the course of 10 hours I experienced notable fatigue that wasn't fixed by caffeine. Four hours after the fatigue began, I experienced severe diarrhoea, emesis, cramping, fever, disorientation and lost consciousness twice. These symptoms lasted 6 hours before resolving partially. Other guests have also noted experiencing this yesterday and today, experiencing the symptoms described except for loss of consciousness, and illness lasting 8-24 hours. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Fatigue
