12/11 to current. We are a group of 11. So far 6 are sick vomiting, stomach cramps, diarhea, and hwad aches. Not certain. Hard to say. Two got sick after dinner at El Rancho in Iberostar Maya. Reported to front desk. Was told that we were the first to report it. | Symptoms: Vomiting, Cramps, Diarrhea, Headache

We arrived on 12/13 and both my wife and I have been sick with vomiting, diarrhea and fever. Also have reported it to the front desk. Overhearing other people it seems like many people are getting sick.
