12/11 to current. We are a group of 11. So far 6 are sick vomiting, stomach cramps, diarhea, and hwad aches. Not certain. Hard to say. Two got sick after dinner at El Rancho in Iberostar Maya. Reported to front desk. Was told that we were the first to report it.

12/09 - 12/10 Not sure. Many people are sick. Down with an upset stomach, vomiting and diarrhea. The resort is hiding the issue and not doing anything to help the people who are sick.

I came here in 2022 and ended my trip with a wicked E. coli infection that persisted three weeks. I gave this place a second chance in June 2023 and I’m sick again with vomiting and diarrhea on day three.

Coffee & Wrap Illness

Arrived at resort on Wednesday. On Thursday around 5:00pm went to the coffee shop around the lobby and order a Ice coffee and a wrap. Around 9:00pm symptoms kicked in. Next day went to emergency room and as diagnosed with a bacterial food poison!
