I order a burrito bowl from ihop and ate it not even 30 mins later my stomach starts twisting and turning I took Pepto to try and settle it only for me to vomit and throw up while I’m on the Toilet I’m still having issues with running diarrhea | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
