Fermented Marinara Sauce Issue - IHOP, Nampa Idaho

Ate there last night. My husband has felt I’ll since. We ordered the Mozzarella sticks. The marinara that came with it was very acidic when we tasted it. After noticing the funny taste, we saw that the marinara sauce was bubbling like it had fermented. Marinara and ranch came out in pre portioned containers with lids, no dates or labels on them. Improper food rotation and lack of dates on portioned product. Food was not hot when it came out, but I don’t think it sat long enough to be the issue at hand. More than likely it was the marinara sauce. Pray the symptoms pass quickly for my husband. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea
