Severe Illness After Crepes - IHOP, Phoenix Arizona

Did not see a doctor yet because when I was about to leave for one I started throwing up so bad I lost control of my bowels. Threw up enough to fill half a bucket and then it kept coming. Initially started out feeling like I couldn't breathe, light headed, semi stars like about to pass out, nausea, chills, aches/pains, stomach pain and high temperature but not quite a fever. I've never been sick like this before. All I had was two sweet cream crepes (it has strawberries on top). No sides and only water. I started feeling sick in the next morning around 10 so I hadn't had any other food yet. In the past the other IHOP location had made poor tasting food that caused slight upset stomaches for our group so we went to this location thinking it was better (the other location had excuse that all the cooks called in sick and waitresses were trying to cook stuff they didn't know how to cook). This one didn't say anything like that but who knows. Never eating at IHOP anywhere again. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills, Stomach Pain, Fever
