Onset, this happened to me awhile back, and my favorite YouTuber also had these sorts of symptoms
I had constipation for a good month, with cramps and I am bloated till now. I ate January 2022, and I lost 30lbs in the month of January alone. Doctors are stumped, and I now never go to eat because doctors put it through my mind that if I eat outside food it wouldn’t get better.
