About 30 minutes after eating the meatballs with gravy and mash potatoes I had to run to the restroom due to horrible diarrhea, it continued at home and throughout the night. Tossing and turning all night in pain, waking up multiple times to vomit. The next day I am still sick as a dog and considering going to the hospital. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
