Ate meatballs with mash and peas (plus gravy and jam), followed by dime bar cheesecake at 16:30. Aye nothing else. Vomiting started at 10pm. Continued through the night and into today. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
