Wednesday 17 August 2016. I had smoked salmon with salad for lunch, followed by apple cake. My friend had meatballs with mash and peas, followed by apple cake. She shared one of her meatballs with me. The next day I had diarrhoea and felt unwell. Yesterday I discovered that my friend had been ill the same day as me with severe diarrhoea and vomiting for which she has just seen her doctor. | Symptoms: Diarrhea
