First on Monday after eating widow's soup at Il Merrill, Sliema. The soup had a peculiar taste. When I woke up on Monday I vomited and I had stomach cramps all day. On Tuesday we went to St Paul's bay and I ate some ice cream from a sea front business. I started having stomach cramps just after midnight, have had diarrhoea constantly and spent yesterday in bed. I assume the soup then the ice cream I feel extremely weak and am unable to get out of bed except for visiting the bathroom, however I do feel better than I did yesterday | Symptoms: Cramps, Vomiting, Weakness
