Impossible Burger Illness Mystery - Costco, Wilsonville Oregon

Feb 2,2022 I cooked Impossible Burger patty in pan and checked temp to to be sure it was done. Then crumbled into a white sauce over rice.
Within 2 hours, became violently sick and vomiting. My husband said I was so sick he decided to take me to the ER. Tests and Diagnostics showed nothing physically wrong. At the time I didn’t attribute it to the IB.
A couple of weeks later I cooked an IB for a burger and again checked temp to be sure it was done. Within 2 hours was again sick and throwing up. Decided then it must be the Impossible Burger.
I threw away the 5 patties that were left from the package I had purchased from there on 1/26/2022.
I did have an Impossible Burger at a Carl’s Jr. in December with no problem.
So must have been a bad batch purchased from here.
Wish I hadn’t thrown them away so that I could take them back and they could maybe check into it. Still have the receipt so maybe I will take that in. | Symptoms: Vomiting
