My family has tried to reduce its consumption of red meat. We have had Impossible burgers and ground meat on a few occasions—probably 5 times. The past two times, I have become ill within 2 hours of eating it. The first was Impossible ground meat made into tacos. The second time was burgers. I am the only one in family to get sick. Exact same process. Started with lightheaded ness, nausea and then vomiting and diarrhea. It’s a shame because it is actually tasty. A good substitute for red meat. However, I can say I won’t have it again. This is not a “I’m against synthetic meat” post. I enjoyed eating it. Until I felt ill. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Lightheaded
