A group of three of us got dinner and two of us got protein style - which swaps buns for lettuce wraps, and the third got a normal bun. The two of us who had lettuce wraps got incredibly sick hours after eating. We were sick for days afterwards. I believe the lettuce was the cause as the friend who got buns did not get sick. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
