Went to In n Out in Gilroy, CA on Monday November 25th 2024. Two hours after eating a number 1 on the menu, I had uncontrollable vomiting and diarrhea all night, and my body was aching and I was covered in goosebumps with chills. 5 days later I am still experiencing nausea, staying up late near the toilet, and can’t stomach any food. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache, Body Ache
