Got home a few hours after eating at in and out. Bad vomiting few hours later. My niece had vomiting a few hours after that, as did my sister who also ate there.

Ate meal from in n out at about 4:30 on 4-2-19. Got home and about 6 hours after the meal, had fever, vomiting, diarrhea and nausea. I didn’t have anything else to eat after In N Out. I love that place, but something went really wrong yesterday.

Had a plain double double (meat, cheese and bun) at 1pm. Its 6pm now and I just threw up 4 times, and went #2 twice. The vomit consisted of the meat and cheese from the burger. This is the second time this particular establishment has given me food poisoning. Scared to go back. :-(
