Ate meal from in n out at about 4:30 on 4-2-19. Got home and about 6 hours after the meal, had fever, vomiting, diarrhea and nausea. I didn’t have anything else to eat after In N Out. I love that place, but something went really wrong yesterday. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
