Ate there the lettuce tasted a little odd. Hadn’t eaten anything after that started to feel ill so I laid down. Middle of sleeping I woke up and had sudden urge to vomit and I did multiple times followed by gas stomach pains and diarrhea. I believe it’s for poisoning I’m on my way to get checked out . | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Other, Stomach Pain, Gas
