I am writing to inform you about a concerning experience I recently had after dining at one of your locations. On 1/25/2025 at approximately 8:30 PM, I purchased a #1 meal with whole grilled onions and no tomatoes. Unfortunately, I woke up the following morning at 6:00 AM with severe symptoms including heartburn, an upset stomach, cramps, nausea, and vomiting.
Initially, I thought these symptoms would resolve on their own. However, as they persisted, I sought medical attention at Urgent Care, where I was prescribed anti-nausea medication and advised to undergo a fluid challenge at home. It has now been 12 hours since the onset of my symptoms, and I am still experiencing sensitivity and discomfort.
I wanted to bring this matter to your attention to ensure that necessary steps are taken to investigate the possible source of contamination and to prevent similar incidents in the future. While I have always appreciated the quality of food and service at In-N-Out, this experience has been highly distressing.
