This has been the second occasion where I go to in n out and get food poisoning. At initial consumption of food all is well but a few hours later the upset stomach began followed by symptoms of upset intestines. By midnight I was in a fetal position making frequent trips to the restroom both vomiting and diarrhea followed by a fever. Coincidence it only happens at in n out? I think not. Something is definitely either undercooked or ill prepared. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Vomiting
