Went for a late lunch, and ordered a double double animal style with whole grilled onions, and animal fries. I returned home later, took a nap, went about my night, but woke up around 3 AM feeling super nauseous, then threw up. Since in n out was the only thing I’ve eaten that day, I knew it was the burger. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
