At 3pm yesterday 1-15-18, i havent eaten anything the whole day, ordered a #1, double double combo w whole grilled onions and a coke. Took about 15 mins to finish the meal but soon after, maybe 5 mins, had an upset stomach. And after that, rushed to a bathroom to have diarrhea. Was curled up in a ball all night. Sight of food, gave me nausea. And pains in my stomach w a feverish feeling for the remainder of the night | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea
