Additional information: Body aches, Ordered a grilled cheese sandwich with grilled onions with fry’s around 11pm. Woke up around 2:30am vomiting, unable to keep any fluids down for 12+ hours. Terrible body aches, fever ,chills. Dark urine with red tint to it. I feel like I was hit by a truck.
