in n out was the only thing i ate today i had a number 3 with fries and i felt really nauseous and hot a few hours later. i kept feeling like i had to throw up but i couldn't for a while and then i threw up everything. i have the chills and i'm hot at the same time | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills
