Both of us ordered a double double, no fries. My friend unexpectedly got a free order of diarrhea and vomit, I just had slight nausea and bad diarrhea. This happened around the first week of January, 2017. My friend actually went ahead and reported it to In-N-Out because his brother also got food poisoning in the same week and location. | Symptoms: Diarrhea
