Extreme food poisoning, ended up having to leave work early and was rushed to emergency room. I threw up and so much diarrhea that i became very dehydrated which put me in so much stomach pain. To the point where i almost blacked out. Food ordered was around 10:30 AM. On saturday april 27th. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache, Dehydration
