Ate double double and fries around 1. Started to feel muscle cramps and chills with fever a few hours later. Didn't eat anything after lunch. Threw up by 8pm.

ER Visit After Burger

Extreme food poisoning, ended up having to leave work early and was rushed to emergency room. I threw up and so much diarrhea that i became very dehydrated which put me in so much stomach pain. To the point where i almost blacked out. Food ordered was around 10:30 AM. On saturday april 27th.

I had a hamburger , fries animal style and strawberry shake for lunch on Sunday , Jan 2 nd. Could not eat all day and then Monday morning started the uncontrollable diarrhea. I am on my third day

8:15 pm, had animal style hamburger with raw onions and animal style fries with sister. An hour later both of our stomachs are hurting and now we have diarrhea
