We both had burgers and thought the spread tasted sour/different. We both had diarrhea but wife had severe cramping and blood in stool. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Bloody Stool

In-N-Out is not fresh and packaged like when they started .... I am older and started at the one on Lankershim in no Hollywood... u could taste fresh lettuce ... now the burger is all soggy.. just a pile of stuff ....
