Ate a 3x3 protein style with animal fries last night. I order this whenever I go to in and out. Something tasted slightly different about this order but I didn't think the food was bad. This morning I wake and my stomach is unsettled. I spend about 45 minutes on the toilet with diarrhea. I lay back down and 10 minutes later I need to puke. I throw up what seems like the entire meal. Right now im laying down and the urge to puke is slowly creeping back. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
