Ordered a triple triple and side of fries and on my way home my stomach started to feel really bad and then as soon as I got back to my place I had to run to the bathroom and started to have diarrhea and also threw up as well. Stomach hurts even right now and been trying to take tums but something was def wrong with the food. I've never had this issue before | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
