A couple of hours after consuming my double double meal. I started to get a sore stomach and then diarrhea followed by nausea and vomiting. This cycle continued into the next day feeling very ill and very dehydrated. I almost was going to the ER but wife took care of while lying in bed miserable! | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills
