Got a double-double cheeseburger last night at 9:30pm. From the start I thought the burger tasted weird but didn't think of it. At around 2 AM my stomach stated to get really bad cramps. Two hours later im vomiting and having bad diarrhea. All day I've been throwing up, diarrhea, severe stomach cramps , fever, weakness and headache. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Cramps, Headache, Weakness

FYI there is a nasty stomach virus going around. I thought I got food poisoning also, but a few of my friends also had the exact same thing. Stomach roaring, watery diarrhea, then the nausea and out of nowhere… the projectile vomiting. I was out of work the past 5 days…. It’s nasty and mimics food poisoning.
