I have been on the toilet 4 times in the last 3 hours. I had a double double with grilled onions, and animal styled fries with a large drink. I’ve never felt this sick before. If I’m not better by the end of tonight I’m going to the ER. I’ve taken pepto and it’s not helping. I want to file a report against this location. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
