I had in n out on 7/25/2024. I was there at 1pm. Immediately after eating my stomach felt weird & I kept burping the entire day. Overnight my stomach hurt & by the morning I was vomiting & having diarrhea. That was the last meal I ate that day at 1pm because my stomach felt full the entire day & I wasn’t hungry. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Chills, Burping
