My boyfriend and I ordered in N out in the beginning of this week, or on the weekend i don't exactly remember.(it's December 17, 2016) He ordered the double burger and I got the regular burger. He got animal fries and I got regular fries. He was fine the next day, then the way after he was complaining about a stomach ache and he was vomiting at 3 in the morning and didn't stop. He had a fever and nausea, dizziness and dirreah. We tried pointing out what it was but we didn't know. He felt immediately better the next day. The next day i had a stomach ache all morning and I went to shower and when my shower was over I felt dizzy and nauseated and I vomited. Then I vomited again. Later in the day I just relaxed. Only ate crackers and drank some alka seltzer, suero, a little by a little, and I vomited again. A few hours after I was feeling better. I had some soup and then within 30 minutes or less later I ran to the bathroom and almost passed out on the floor puking because I was dizzy and was about to pass out. Today I am still dizzy and lightheaded. I try eating, I haven't puked yet but I'm having a lot of dirreah. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Dizziness, Lightheaded, Stomach Pain
