I had a double double, no onions or tomatoes. Side of fries and a chocolate shake. I always get packets of spread because it's amazing ! I ate all my food and I went to sleep. Around 9:45 I woke up with the urge to vomit. When I reached the bathroom, I completely emptied my stomach. I continued to throw up anything else in the stomach two more times. Then the next morning I went to school still feeling nauseous. Not even 2 hours in, I made a break to the bathroom and threw up all the water I've been drinking. I had chills and body aches. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Chills, Body Ache
