Food Safety Report: In-N-Out.

Me and my family had grilled cheese burger animal style extra toast and fires.
After 4 hrs of eating all of us started vomiting then started diarrhea and now have fever.
This was the only food we had since noon and symptoms started around 3 hrs after eating in-n-out. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Vomiting
