Food Safety Report: In-N-Out.

Husband and I violently ill. Ate at in n out in daly city ca late last night/early this morning. Both if us had lettuce wrapped burgers and fries. If it is food poisoning, want to alert someone that restaurant may have a problem. Thanks, Carma | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
