In-N-Out
I absolutely love In N Out, so it pains me to write this.

Ate a double-double w/fries & soda at 7 pm. I started feeling nauseous at 11 pm.

By midnight, I was projectile vomiting AND suffering from nonstop diarrhea. All my In N Out dinner hit the sink.

Worst food poisoning I've ever experienced. It's 6:30 AM now and I'm just hoping to fall asleep after a night of bad symptoms. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
