I had mutter paneer dish last night and felt nauseated afterwards and slept poorly. This morning I threw up the dinner that was still in my stomach and had 5-6 episodes of diarrhea. I haven’t vomited in 50 years. I feel better now and am keeping down clear liquids and ate a small portion of oatmeal. It was the food poisoning. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
