I ordered lamb curry over lemon rice to be delivered by "On the Go Delivery" around 7:00PM on 7/22/17. Within an hour or so I began having symptoms of watery diarrhea. By 2:30AM on 7/23/17 I was experiencing severe stomach pain along with vomiting and diarrhea. It is now 12:30PM on 7/23/17 and I am still running back and forth the bathroom and experiencing mild to severe stomach pain. I will be visiting the Emergency Room if no improvement by 5:00PM. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
