Ordered a Gluten Free scallop and shrimp dish at 445pm had nothing else to eat all day other than a coffee and a snack bar. Three hours later in the airport departure lounge I was suddenly violently ill non stop for half an hour when I was rushed to hospital and treated for the next 4 hours until the vomiting passed I was perfectly well before this started I was then discharged from hospital just after 1am with nowhere to go feeling dreadful I had missed my flight had to check in to another hotel and was glad to get back to the UK the next day spent the next 4-5 days recovering. | Symptoms: Vomiting
